FOR THE NEW COACH

(Who is wondering WTF NOW?)

You did it. You're certified. You’re a coach.

But also... still human.

Keep receiving coaching so you can fully show up for your clients.

Because right now, you’re in your head, and it’s getting crowded in there. All your voices of doubt, talking over one another, asking:

  • “How do I keep believing in myself when everything feels so new?”

  • “How do I hold space for others when I barely have it for myself?”

  • “Why does showing up for my own life feel harder now than ever?”

And the big bad boy, make-you-lose-sleep, looping constantly question:

“How do I show up like a real coach when I’m still entrenched in the career I want to leave?” (Oh, yeah, that one is an ouchie)

Let's Talk

If you’re craving a space to keep growing, to work through your own stuff, to keep showing the heck up as you

Is This You?

  • You’re a brand-new coach who’s supposed to be “ready”—but you feel anything but. (And no one told you how lonely this part would be.)

  • You know how powerful coaching is—because it worked for you. And now, not having that support? Feels like you’ve lost a lifeline. (You want it back.)

  • You left the training bubble and suddenly feel like you’re coaching into a void. (Where’s your anchor now?)

  • You’re doing your best to coach others…but inside, you’re spinning out with your own stuff. (And you’re craving a place to unravel, too.)

  • You miss having someone help you untangle the life stuff so you can actually show up fully for your own clients. (Because your coaching brain is fired up—but your human brain is fried.)

This is Where I Come In

Coaching with me is about digging in to who you are, who you get to be —so you can show up for those future clients.

Because behind every powerful coach… is a real, raw, beautifully human person.

That’s who I work with. That’s who I support. That’s who I coach.

HEAD Coach Laura at her desk with a coaching cliet

Hi, I’m Laura.

In addition to coaching individuals in my private coaching practice, I teach and mentor coaches in an accredited program. I’m a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, a Master Life Coach, and a Career Transition Coach.

I’ve helped hundreds of students go from “what even is coaching?” to board-certified powerhouses. And in that journey, I’ve noticed something big:

Coaches thrive when they keep getting coached.

Because here’s the truth: it’s hard to show up fully for your own clients when you’re wrestling with your own stuff in silence. It’s hard to find your coaching voice when you feel like an imposter. And it’s really hard to feel confident in something new when you’re still learning to trust yourself.

Coaches Need Coaches, Too.

Being a new coach is a unique kind of loneliness.

Your friends and family don’t quite get it.

Other coaches seem lightyears ahead.

And even though you’re trained to help others navigate change, now you’re the one in unfamiliar territory.

This is your time to grow into the person (and coach) you’re meant to be.

But first, you need someone in your corner.

That’s me.

As a Board Certified Coach, course instructor for future certified coaches, and a career-changer myself, I soooooo get what you're sitting in right now!

Which means I’ve lived through the identity shift, the overthinking, the imposter syndrome, the “should I go back to a ‘real job’?” spiral… all of it.

What I Offer Is:

  • High-touch, 1:1 support for new coaches navigating big life, career, and identity shifts.

  • Coaching for coaches who want to walk their talk, to experience being coached and the positive shifts that result from that

  • A space for you to continue the self-development that drew you to coaching in the first place.

What We Work On Together:

Every session is centered on you. Your life stuff. Topics you might bring include (but the sky's the limit!)

  • Giving yourself permission to create something new and different in your life and career

  • Managing imposter syndrome

  • Navigating big life/career transitions

  • Staying aligned with your purpose

  • Creating sustainable routines for energy + momentum

Thank you for all your encouragement, wisdom and excellent strategy sessions - your impact on my continuing development and skills as a coach (and human) is something I will always be grateful for.

Let's Talk About the Support You Still Need

(Because becoming a coach didn’t magically turn you into a Zen monk.)

You don’t have to coach in a vacuum. You don’t have to white-knuckle this part. You deserve to feel supported while you support others.

What You'll Walk Away With:

  • Insight on what’s actually holding you back right now

  • One solid next step to support your own growth and evolution

  • If we decide that coaching together seems like the right move, we can talk about what that looks like.
