FOR THE NEW COACH
(Who is wondering WTF NOW?)
You did it. You're certified. You’re a coach.
And you're also still completely, beautifully human.
-
How do I keep believing in myself when everything feels so new?
-
How do I hold space for others when I barely have it for myself?
-
Why does showing up for my own life feel harder now than ever?
And the one that keeps you up at night:
How do I show up like a real coach when I'm still entrenched in the career I want to leave?
Yeah. That one.
If you’re craving a space to keep growing, let's talk.

This is Where I Come In
Coaching with me is about digging into who you are and who you get to be — so you can show up fully for your future clients.
Because behind every powerful coach is a real, raw, beautifully human person. That's who I work with. That's who I support. That's who I coach.

Hi, I’m Laura.
In addition to my private coaching practice, I teach and mentor coaches in an accredited certification program. I'm a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, a Master Life Coach, and a Career Transition Coach. I've helped hundreds of students go from "what even is coaching?" to board-certified and thriving.
And in that journey, I've noticed something that never changes: coaches thrive when they keep getting coached.
It's hard to show up fully for your clients when you're wrestling with your own stuff in silence. It's hard to find your coaching voice when you feel like an imposter. And it's really hard to trust yourself in something new when you haven't yet learned to trust yourself in it.
Coaches Need Coaches, Too.

Being a new coach is a unique kind of loneliness.
Being a new coach is a unique kind of lonely.
Your friends and family don't quite get it. Other coaches seem lightyears ahead. And even though you're trained to help others navigate change, right now you're the one in unfamiliar territory.
I've lived every bit of this — the identity shift, the overthinking, the imposter spiral, the "should I just go back to a real job?" loop. As a board certified coach, course instructor, and career-changer myself, I know exactly what you're sitting in right now.
And I know you don't have to sit in it alone.
What We Work On Together:
Every session is centered on you. Topics might include:
-
Managing imposter syndrome
-
Navigating career and life transitions
-
Staying aligned with your purpose
-
Giving yourself permission to build something new
-
Creating routines that actually sustain your energy and momentum
But the agenda is always yours. Whatever is most pressing for you is where we start.

Let's Talk About the Support You Still Need
You don't have to coach in a vacuum. You don't have to white-knuckle this part. You deserve to feel supported while you support others.
This is a 15-minute call to connect, get a feel for each other, and make sure this is the right fit. No pressure, no promises — just a real conversation to see if we click. If after that we both feel like there's something here worth exploring, I'll invite you into The Real Talk Call, where we really get into it.
The first step is just showing up. Everything else follows from there.
